I think a glass of bubbles is in order!

I am beyond excited to share that I have been confirmed as the Wedding and Events Manager at Addington Palace....Yes that's right a Royal Palace!! Look's like I may be one step closer to meeting the Royal family as the Queen came for lunch last year....hope she brings Princess Charlotte on her next visit!

Summer has arrived in London! I thought it was about time a did a recipe post. Jake and I have been having lots of picnic's up on our roof top garden at the moment. This is one of my favourite salads to make because it's so incredibly easy and it tastes so crisp and refreshing...perfect for Summer!
