Wedding Wednesday: Who We Love! ~ Sweet Cakery & Bakery

Welcome to the first of the "Who we love" wedding Wednesday series! Who better to kick it off than Sweet Bakery & Cakery because cake is always a good idea! Choosing your wedding cake is one of the most fun and not to mention delicious part's of planning your wedding. Grace started Sweet Bakery & Cakery in the summer of 2012/13, with a passion for beautiful baking, cakes and of course, all things sweet.

I must admit, while I always adore wedding cakes, I wasn’t so much a fan of the sweet stuff but then I tried a Sweet Bakery & Cakery wedding cake. Mmmmmm! Their butter cream icing and soft gorgeous sponge, I became hooked! So with with my mouth already salivating, I’d love to introduce you to our vendor of the week....Sweet Bakery & Cakery!

Grace will work with you to create the wedding cake of your dreams. She will surprise you with her amazing new designs and your cake will be home baked using the freshest ingredients. Then there’s the flavours, oh the flavours! Think Salted Caramel, Red Velvet, Nutella, or Raspberry Ripple! You can see why I get excited when their polka dot car turns up at Boomrock bearing sweet treats!

Now for the best part...The taste testing! I'm pretty sure this taste testing will be the highlight of your wedding planning! Sweet Bakery & Cakery can arrange a consultation to try some of their flavours before you decide, or you can discuss your wedding cake with Grace in person. Head over to their website and fill out an enquiry form.

Not only can they do your wedding cake but they can also create beautiful cupcakes, cookies and other sweet treats, decorated in keeping with your wedding theme and colors. Favours can even double-up as seating place cards, with your guests' names hand-piped on.

If this post has you watering at the mouth and you are "not" getting married then not to worry! You can visit Sweet Bakery & Cakery every Saturday at The Underground Market at Frank Kitts Park between 10am - 4pm. I'll see you there!
