The day has finally arrived! After spending months and months researching, planning and organizing…Jake and I will officially be Mr & Mrs Carlson!
I'm so excited about marrying Jake, a man who has been the best boyfriend, fiancé, partner I could ask for. I can't wait to walk down that aisle and say, "I DO!" in front of all our family and friends. Thank you all for reading, loving and supporting us.
